Returns and Exchange Policy

At One Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Returns and Exchange process to ensure your convenience.

Returns

Please note that all returns are at the buyer's cost. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team via Contact Us Page or email us at hello@onerunning.com.au. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the process.

  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Secure Packaging: Ensure that the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. 

  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please remember that all return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  5. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  6. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, please follow the same steps outlined above for returns. Make sure to specify your exchange preference when you contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Shipping Label

If your return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective item or a mistake in your order, we will provide a return shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. Contact our Customer Service team to request a return label.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
