At One Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Returns and Exchange process to ensure your convenience.
Please note that all returns are at the buyer's cost. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team via Contact Us Page or email us at hello@onerunning.com.au. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the process.
Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging: Ensure that the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please remember that all return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

All orders will be coming from our warehouse located in Adelaide, Australia.
After placing an order, allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed and shipped from our distribution centre. Please note that our offices and distribution centres are closed weekends & statutory holidays.
Shipments within Australia are sent via our courier provider Australia Post. Delivery Target is 2 to 8 business days depending on location.
You will receive a track and trace confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you did not receive this, please get in via our contact form.
